PROPERTY MANAGEMENT We know that managing a home can be compared to juggling fine crystal vases. There are many moving parts and you have to keep a close on eye them, setting a rhythm so nothing comes crashing to the ground. As your Concierge, I can assist. Whether one home or more, I will gladly oversee carpenters, painters, electricians, plumbers, landscapers, pool cleaners, etc. Ready to clear the decks of clutter, or downsizing? I can outsource Estate Sales, donations and movers. Away on vacation? I'll stock the fridge, pick up the pets from the kennel and leave the lights on for your return. ATTENTION: REALTORS ! How nice would it be to welcome your clients into their new home with the heat/air conditioning already on, breakfast for their first morning in the fridge, or a bottle of bubbly and chocolates awaiting their arrival.
